Unfortunately, the hotel information doesn't match the information on social media.
There are several points to consider:
1. There are a lot of school students on study tours, so it's crowded and noisy.
2. The rooms aren't soundproof, so outside noise can enter the room.
3. The TV broadcast is also unclear.
4. Breakfast at the restaurant is lacking in taste, variety, and cleanliness (the staff aren't very efficient at clearing tables). 5. Poor air circulation in the basement restaurant makes it a bit stuffy.
Honestly, I've previously stayed in the Legian area, which is typically a smaller hotel, but all experiences were better than this.
No offense, but this is a personal review, and I hope it provides input for management to improve.
