Good, cheap price, strategic area

The bed was not a queen bed, only two single beds combined. The drinking water was salty, very salty, like boiled tap water. The phone was not working; you need to call the receptionist using your own mobile phone.

The place is clean and quiet. Some of the staff were also very helpful when I needed assistance.

2nd time checking in here is always satisfying.

Very lacking. Got a rather dirty room, lots of hair on the floor and ceiling, and near the AC a bit dirty, not sure if it was a leak or mold. Even though this is the best room, the suite. Asking for a room change is just worse. There are many improvements in the hotel area now, the first day the pool was closed for maintenance and many tiles were broken in the hallway area. The staff is not friendly, the bed is hard and feels like iron. Breakfast is not tasty, there are ants in the pudding and when it runs out it takes a long time to refill. There are so many shortcomings, please fix it. Thank you. This can't be a 4 star, maybe a 3 star!

The location is on the main road, the rooms are spacious and always clean, check-in and check-out are always fast, hopefully I can stay here again if I go to Bali.

The hotel is close to town and is very comfortable and clean.

Stinky, very very. The cleanliness, smell, and wastafel couldn't be turned off. Dust. Very, very poorly maintained. Even though the location is strategic.

Fast check-in. The room was okay for the price. The bathroom facilities were a bit lacking. The swimming pool was okay. Breakfast needs improvement; it often runs out and isn't refilled quickly enough. The menu is also lacking in variety, and the food could be significantly improved.

For a one-night stay and a cheap price, this is one of the hotels amongst others that you can stay near to the airport (around 6km).

Check-in was fast and easy to access. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the AC in my room, 5311, wasn't cool enough, but it was still tolerable and not too hot. Overall, I loved this hotel!
