Hi Ayu & Team, I absolutely had an amazing stay with Aloft Seminyak Bali. You all are very friendly. The view and atmosphere at the roof top restaurant was gorgeous. And even better, I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by your thoughtfulness in wishing me a happy birthday, not only once, but twice. One at the restaurant where you all suddenly came out singing a birthday song and gave me a piece of cake. The second time was when I went back to my room to see birthday decorations on my bed! All these put a big smile on my face. Thank you so much again! :) You all rock!

The hotel was very clean and modern. We booked an apartment with pool access which was fantastic and so quiet. The breakfast was of a very high standard with so much choice, I would highly recommend booking the breakfast option, but the best thing about the hotel was the staff, they were all so polite and always smiling, a few members of staff really went out of thier way to help us. A hotel definitely worth staying at

The pool and restaurant staff were not present. I had to hunt someone down every time I wanted to order. The food was below average quality. I purchased a Greek salad that was drenched in cheese. I couldn’t eat it. The pool loungers were moldy and falling apart.

Many areas under construction, pools all close very early, food is incredibly overpriced. The sound healing and spa were phenomenal, the rooms beautiful, and the sunset at the beach - breathtaking. Overall, we wouldn't return and would opt for an all-inclusive or a beach club instead.
