ビーチまでは徒歩圏内。屋上からサンセットも見える。観光の中心地からやや離れているが、観光で車チャーターしている分には交通の不便さなし。観光ツアーで少し遅く帰ってきても館内のレストランが営業していたので、食事難民にならずに済んだ。日本の醤油ラーメンが結構本格的で美味しく、バリの食事や水でやや疲れた胃腸に優しかった。朝食はハーフビュッフェで、メインをメニューからオーダーができる。瓶入りの水も毎日補充されるし、廊下にウォーターサーバーがあった。徒歩圏内にコンビニや両替所もあり。

Such friendly staff and clean lovely environment!

The pool and restaurant staff were not present. I had to hunt someone down every time I wanted to order. The food was below average quality. I purchased a Greek salad that was drenched in cheese. I couldn’t eat it. The pool loungers were moldy and falling apart.

The hôtel was amazing, really clean, calm, the pool have such a nice view and the staff were really professionnal.

Overall good. However, had booked stay with breakfast and dinner included but hotel refused to acknowledge that dinner was part of the booking and missed out on three nights despite booking form clearly stating dinner inclusion.

The hotel was very clean and modern. We booked an apartment with pool access which was fantastic and so quiet. The breakfast was of a very high standard with so much choice, I would highly recommend booking the breakfast option, but the best thing about the hotel was the staff, they were all so polite and always smiling, a few members of staff really went out of thier way to help us. A hotel definitely worth staying at

Many areas under construction, pools all close very early, food is incredibly overpriced. The sound healing and spa were phenomenal, the rooms beautiful, and the sunset at the beach - breathtaking. Overall, we wouldn't return and would opt for an all-inclusive or a beach club instead.

Two minutes from the beach and in a prime location to relax in the peaceful north section of Seminyak. We had a private pool that shares with I think 8 rooms on the ground floor, but I found it was still beautiful to have access to it right on your balcony. Rooftop restaurant and pool having amazing view of the sunset. I found not many people found this area, but make sure you go up the spiral staircase next to one of the rooftop elevators and see a complete panorama view of Seminyak and beyond! This includes the massive statue that’s by Uluwatu. In terms of dining and shopping, there are a number of restaurant options close by within walking distance, though the road is not easy on the eyes (sidewalks are sometimes nonexistent) and to get to the touristy shopping area of the city you need to either walk around 40 minutes or take a very, very cheap Grab ride (Bali Uber). You can pretty much get anywhere you want to go in the city for under 6-7 dollars with Grab. Silver lining of being outside of the busy area is the beach is practically empty. There are a bunch of beachside restaurants you could go to, I highly recommend Oyster Dealer Beach Haus if you love oysters.

Room was excellent (apart from no hot water on the last day!) and staff were very friendly and super helpful. The pool was gorgeous with a lovely seating area (although quite small). The restaurant food / beverages were a bit overpriced and pretty average, but my only real complaint was the cocktails - they were awful!

Friendly staff and good food quality

Spent a great relaxing week here — the hotel is small but perfectly formed. The breakfast was exceptional with both wide ranging buffet plus a la carte options included. It was quite quiet while we were there so we got to enjoy easy use of all facilities, but I imagine there may be a bit of a run on gym space, beach towels, and deck chairs if the hotel was full as they were all quite small/limited in number. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and we really appreciated that they all spoke some English, as our Indonesian is non-existent.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Can’t fault anything about the hotel. Close to cheap warungs and beach bars and spas. On busy road but couldn’t hear road noise. Just took a while to get anywhere in taxi because of traffic

I chose this property because of the great reviews and they weren’t lying. The staff are very friendly and kind; they always tended to our every need. Thank you for the amazing stay. :) The property was very clean and the rooms were spacious. We definitely will come back. Terima Kasih!

All the staff we encountered were excellent and even remembered my name. We were acknowledged every time we went past the front reception. The lounges/chairs on the pool deck in our pool access room were so uncomfortable unfortunately do it wasn’t conducive to sitting out there. They were too short for a lounge and too long for a chair. A night light in the bathroom would have been handy as its pitch black in the middle of the night and all of the light settings there were too bright for the night. Location was good with many shops, spas and eateries near by
