The room was very clean, every corner was spotless! I found the room very compact, with all the amenities: soap, shampoo, and even fragrant hand soap. The restaurant had a very spacious atmosphere, and the food was very varied and delicious. If I ever go to Bali again, I'll definitely choose The One again! 💕

they are strict with the chek in time. i arrived earlier around 12.30. the chek in time is 15.00. so i can only register but can not enter the room. though seems that the ocupancy is not full on the nite before. but as i say. they are strict with their regulation.

Nice hotel, quiet despite located in the busy legian area. spacious room, friendly and helpful staffs. a lot of restaurants around and within walking distance (~10 minutes) to the beach. starbucks and madame mai downstairs, no need to walk far.

Stayed at The One Legian for 3 days, from the 3rd to the 5th. The hotel was nice, the room was clean, but a bit small, the Wi-Fi was good, and the breakfast buffet was complete and delicious. The staff were almost all friendly. The front desk could be friendlier.

The service that requires cooking fried eggs but does not prioritize those who ordered first, instead serving those who just arrived. I am really disappointed that the egg cooking section is a woman and a man. Even though I stayed 4 nights. The incident occurred on the 29th during breakfast. Please fire those two waiters.

This hotel is located in Legian, close to the beach. It's a 4-star hotel, but it makes you feel at home with its cozy atmosphere and well-maintained facilities. There's a minimarket nearby, and there's plenty of laundry facilities. The Madura stall next door is great, and it's very affordable. My kids really enjoyed playing in the pool, so much so that they didn't want to leave.
