However, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced regarding the smoking area in the G floor corridor. We understand your concerns, especially for guests with young children or elderly guests. From an operational standpoint, we currently have several designated smoking areas, but of course, we still prioritize the comfort of all guests passing through those areas. Furthermore, we have forwarded your suggestion to the relevant team for serious consideration. We are currently evaluating the placement of a more separate smoking area that does not interfere with the common areas, in order to create a more comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.
