My second time staying in Harper, comfortable bed, strong AC... Easy access to clubs, restaurants, and spas. The hotel restaurant looks more spacious than before, and the buffet breakfast is just okay. I will come back.

The staff are only friendly at the reception. In the restaurant, the front desk asks what the room is like. The restaurant staff are so indifferent they act like bosses. They're rude and unfriendly, as if they're looking down on their guests. There were food stains that were dropped and just looked at without being cleaned up. I will never stay at Harper again.
