The hotel is at a strategic location. Near restos, bars, shops, and even a mall (Beachwalk, only need 10 minutes walking). The staff is very helpful and kind. The room was nice, clean, and neat. The buffet menu at New Year’s Eve was bomb! The parking lot is spacious. It was a great and pleasant experience for our first family New Year trip 👍🏻💯

The hotel staff was unhelpful upon arrival. The room was in the corner. The pillows smelled a bit. The used cups weren't washed, and they still had sweet tea stains.

The AC was cool and steady, it was clean, there were plenty of tissues, and the balcony was great. Just as the photos show, it was worth staying here. It's also close to Kuta Beach, and walking distance to lots of food, shops, and more. It's simply great.

I stayed for one night only. The hotel is surrounded by many shops and restaurants, just walked a few minutes. You can find souvenir shops, massage centre, night bars, medical clinics, pharmacies, and mini marts. The beach is very near also, within a few minutes walking distance. Rooms are quite good, a bit small, but comfortable.

It's great, comfortable, the kids love it, especially the spacious pool, and the food is delicious. The price is also under 1 million rupiah. I've already requested to stay here again if I go to Bali, lol... The staff are also friendly, unlike the ones often mentioned in the comments on TikTok. Definitely recommend it.
