We had a wonderful stay at Grand Ixora Kuta Resort. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, close to the beach, shopping, and many restaurants, making it very convenient. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious food, and the swimming pool was clean and relaxing. We really appreciated the excellent service and hospitality throughout our stay. Even though we woke up late after watching Pildun and the restaurant was supposed to be closed, we were still served and even brought us coffee (sorry, I forgot the name of the person who brought us coffee at the restaurant). My week-long stay at this hotel was very satisfying. The staff, all of whom were friendly, and the security guard were very friendly. The rooms were very clean. The swimming pool was clean. It also supported free, fast Wi-Fi. The food was varied and delicious. The price was very affordable and highly recommended for families. Highly recommended for a stay.
