It's comfortable but the mattress looks like it needs to be replaced as it's starting to get hard and the springs are noticeable.

The hotel is around 10–15 minutes from Ngurah Rai Airport, so the location is very convenient, especially if you’re looking for a hotel for a short stay or transit before your flight. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked a Superior Room but got a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it suitable for families as well. The balcony was a nice bonus, with a direct view of the airport. You can even see planes taking off from Ngurah Rai Airport, which was pretty cool. Overall, a very comfortable stay and definitely recommended! ✅

Location superb! Nearby everything that you need, gift shops, walking distance to central Kuta area. Less crowded, less stressed. Easy to commute to the airport.
