Friendly staff, very strategic location close to everywhere. Housekeeping service was fast even though we stayed on a weekend. Please maintain it. The food is very varied, complete with Chinese, Arabian, and Indonesian food. Refills don't take too long. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, very suitable for a family staycation with children, the hotel is indeed kid-friendly. The swimming pool is spacious.

This hotel is very old. Especially the toilet inside the room, maintenance is not good. So, every time I shower, I always feel rushed and don't like seeing the wall, floor, and toilet. Sometimes there's a smell. There's no plug beside the bed, which makes it difficult to charge my phone. The chair is dirty. The towel is yellow, and the bed pillow has a sweat smell. The bed is very uncomfortable, and the aircon sounds very noisy. Breakfast overall is okay, with so many varieties.
