We had a truly memorable stay here, as it boasts a fully equipped children's pool. Our kids really enjoyed their stay at this hotel during their Bandung vacation. The food was also delicious. We enjoyed New Year's Eve at the rooftop restaurant, overlooking the city. Overall, it was great.

Very good hotel service, friendly receptionist, easy check in and check out process, very clean and spacious room, very comfortable, very clean bathroom, big bath tub.

The hotel staff were all friendly and polite. The security guards were also very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and cool, with plenty of drinking water and snacks.
