Another recommended place either for short or long stay. Staff were responsive, handled things well, lokasi dekat halte TJ/stasiun Kebayoran. The pool also nice.

4 4 Rooms with 2 different tickets, for family event. First ticket was for 2 twin rooms, the second ticket was for 2 deluxe rooms. When our group of 8 arrived, the hotel said we only got 2 rooms (the 2 twin rooms) meanwhile, I've paid full for 4 rooms, and we had 2 issued tickets active on the app, and none of them are cancelled. The front desk staff insisted that we only booked for the twin rooms. We even showed the itinerary tickets and payment receipts to the staff, with the amount of money we've paid and everything. They had no record of the deluxe rooms booking, how is that unprofessionalism possible? After the heated arguments, we got all the 4 rooms in the end, but their bad booking record system and the staff's bad attitude gave us really unpleasant experience.

Complicated, there is no receptionist, when checking in, the key was confused, which took a long time to give. The apartment is decent but Travelio's response takes a long time. Bebe, it's uncomfortable when the deposit takes a long time to get a refund.

This apartment is really rubbish! Appointed to check in at 14.30, but instead we were 2 hours late and had lots of excuses! If you want to rent it, you have to be ready! In fact, the CS keeps lying! When I entered the dirty room, there was no pillowcase! Don't order this unit again! What rubbish! Lots of fakes, bad units, very bad service! Worst experience, I feel cheated!

It's really crazy to be connected again using the Travelio application and it's slow to respond and super complicated. Don't buy here. It's better to just go to a hotel for the same price. Really cheated. The electricity was off all night until morning, it's really crazy

Untuk lokasi sesuai yang saya harapkan karena saya punya unit di apartemen yang sama. Untuk AC kurang freon tuh. Gak dingin sama sekali. Sprei bersih, lantai bersih. Terima kasih ya.
