Overall was good experience. We booked the 3 beds options which was very spacious. However, it will be good if the cleanliness can be kept and improved

Overall, it's satisfying! The hot water is the most enjoyable thing from the room. There were some lost items when we arrived, such as toilet door mat and hotel sandals, but they could manage it pretty well. Thank you!

Basically, the hotel price is considered budget-friendly and the room is spacious and clean. We got nasi kotak for breakfast, and we would say, it is eatable but tasteless.

Nice place, not very close to the center but very easy to find foods around and the room was nice but water was little bit smelly and the TV didn't work, oh and the wifi was bad, sorry!

Very very bad rooms. Smelly, dirty bed sheets, dirty toilet. Old air conditioner. Bad service because when I ask for a clean bed sheet, they said they did not have inventory. That 's funny. How come a hotel did not have an inventory?

I realised that check in time is before 22.00 hour. But the hotel management can not be contacted to arrange another time. I arrived at the premise and not be allowed and even contacted the manajemen. I have paid the service through my credit card but did not use it.

The sofa bed is too bad. TV in the main room is broken. Pillow is bad.
