I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Borobudur Jakarta. The hotel is beautifully surrounded by lush tropical gardens and has a classic, elegant feel that makes it stand out in the city. The location is excellent—centrally located and close to many attractions and transportation options. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I especially enjoyed the breakfast selection with a good variety of options.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. This second experience was especially enjoyable, as the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful. I had a family event that required me to arrange 100 boxes of rice and snack boxes. The staff were patient and friendly, assisting us as a family, as we had to carry food from the parking lot to the third floor and back. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The private pool was also a real treat. The hotel is small, but it was a very comfortable stay.

The friendly and responsive hotel staff made us choose to stay for two nights for business in Jakarta. It's close to everything: the airport, train station, mosque, market, and several monumental buildings.
