Hotels in Puri Kembangan

Always stay in this hotel on my business trip. Near my office and comfortable

Lobby smells like toilet and bathroom in our room has some plumbing problems that they can't fix right away and unable to move us to a different room

First time to have staycation here and definitely will come back, the hotel ambience is good, perfect size of room and very clean… Very satisfied with my first experience and next I’ll try the restaurant also 😊

Great hotel and location, clean room

Cannot early checkin as there are only 2 staffs ready at the same time. However other than that, everything is good, even the cleanliness of the room itself

All of the services from crew was great and so nice. But one thing that pissed me off is the downstairs neighbor they said we’re to noisy when we even didn’t do anything. We just sleep and than having dinner but the downstairs neighbor complaining to the receptionist and than the security from the hotel came to our unit and he said we’re too loud. How come? Maybe the staff should check-out that neighbor first before they blaming us. Thank you
