The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and good service. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious and well-maintained. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money.

We stayed for one night because we wanted easy access to Istora as we participated in the Jakarta Running Festival. For dinner, we ordered Sop Buntut and it tasted so great, we finished to the last sip. We love the comfort of the bed, and the linens look new. We wish to have another staycation soon.

The room was spacious with elegant marbled wall and floor. The gym facility was fantastic, all new machines. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool too.

It was a great experience overall. I mean, for the price I had to pay, I couldn't ask for a better one. The room is flawless, left no dirt on it, the bed is great and tidy, and the bathroom is really clean as well. The only downside, if any, is the place is a bit "hidden." Probably because I reached the place in the evening, the sign was quite hard to find, it took me 5-10 minutes circling the area. Overall, I would totally recommend everyone here!
