Staff was very friendly, I love the fragrance at the hall, the room was spacious and clean

The WiFi is so bad that it turn off the connection automatically. The bathtub is also bad. We cannot close the hole with the knob at all. So the water still leakage and we cannot use the bathtub at all.

The staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

Good location with the great vibes

It was our first time to stay at this hotel. First thing first before I book a hotel, I have to double check the reviews from app and Maps (it was good, so I decided to book the room). The results were amazing, the moment when we stepped out of our Grab - the staff was right away came and helped us with the luggage (we got like 30-50kg inside our luggage, so..). The checked in process was smooth & the next day we even able to leave our luggage for couple of hours after checked out. All of the staff were friendly and full of smiles (this is how hospitality industry should be). The room was clean and comfortable, the location? Oh please don’t ask me, it was just perfect for us. I wrote this review with an honest experience from us (as I also working in this industry for the past 10 years over Asia).

Customer service and security very helpful

It was a very nice experience to stay at this hotel. Breakfast was tasteful. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Besides the room lighting, everything was worth the price. Can't compare with a 5-stars hotel off course. 😂
