Quick response, easy key exchange, contacted well in advance to remind you of the room that has been booked. The rooms are clean and tidy, there are additional foam mattresses. There is an electric stove and cooking utensils. Anyway, really recommended.

The service of the staff is friendly, the price is cheap but the facilities are maximum, the room has privacy, it's quiet for rest and it's not noisy at all, the mattress is very comfortable, clean and tidy, the amenities are complete, it's like if I go to Jogja again, I want to stay here again

I don't regret staying here for a week, I'm very satisfied with the clean place, complete facilities, fragrant rooms, there's a balcony too, basically it's very comfortable. If I go to Jogja tomorrow, I'll definitely come back here again.

I ordered a family room. The room design is nice, multi-level, there is a dining table complete with plates, bowls, spoons, and a pantry. The room is spacious with 3 beds. My child really likes it.

A very memorable stay.
Starting from the FL staff, to all the staff at the hotel, they are VERY FRIENDLY! The playground, mini zoo, and rooms are great, the hot water works well, and the food is varied, the kids love it! Especially during the holiday season, there are definitely lots of fun activities inside the hotel, so you don't need to leave the hotel to spend your vacation time. THANK YOU FORTUNA GRANDE SETURAN!
