Hotels in West Pademangan

Room is very dirty, too small, smell bad, and the receptionist is very unpleasant.

no shampoo and soap, mat provided is slippery. no chair, no wifi in my room, tv channel is blur but clean room though

Wifi was listed as available, but receptionist gave us a room on 2nd floor and said wifi isn't available on that floor, how can it say wifi is available but then not be available? I've paid for it but not received it.

The place doesn't look like the one in pictures but it does provide breakfast. Actually I want to put 3 star from 5 but only there 's 3 from 4.

Staff and service are okay, only the system is difficult, don't order travelion if you are not ready to wait 4 hours for check-in.

Cukup kecewa ya, mau liburan staycation sama keluarga kecil tapi fasilitas gak memadai. Seperti kasurnya sudah reyot, listrik suka jepret, jet shower di closed tidak berfungsi, kompornya mati total gak bisa digunakan. Kalau memang ada harga ada kualitas, yah tolong dong fasilitasnya di betulkan dulu baru apartemen nya dipasarkan. Bad experience banget! Sudah chat service room, malah suruh lapor ke CS hotel, baru di kunjungi jam 1 malem dan orang-orang udah pada tidur karena gak semangat.
