I had a quite unpleasant stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to others.
First, I booked a twin bed room with breakfast included, which clearly implies the reservation is for two people — two beds, two guests, two breakfasts. However, when I checked in, the hotel only provided one breakfast coupon. When I raised the issue with the staff, they told me I had only registered for one person. I still don’t understand how this mistake happened, but it was clearly their system’s fault, not mine. Very disappointing service and poor handling of guest complaints.
Second, the elevator queue was a disappointment. The line was extremely long (need to wait at least 5-8 mins) Worse, guests (especially Chinese tourists without ethics) kept cutting the line, and the hotel staff did absolutely nothing to manage the situation. It made going up or down a very stressful and unpleasant experience.
I would definitely not stay here again.
