Beautiful hotel with very nice amenities. Take the eco cleaning option and receive ¥1500 that can be used on anything in the hotel. Rooms are beautiful and the water pressure in the shower was the best ever! Loved this hotel. 25min walk to dotombori or a quick 5min cab ride.

The room was great , we booked a king size room . The amnesties were great , location is close to Honmachi station. You can get free coffee every morning which was really a Add plus point. Overall the staff experience was good. They arranged for luggage transfer service at a reasonable price. There is one point which I don’t like the hotel staff is not considerate of families with babies. first there was no signs available to put outside the room for do not disturb or clean the room. There was cot available for the baby although room size was big enough for cot and lastly when I told them my baby was sleeping and asked for 30 minutes late check-out the staff rejected the request outright and told me they’ll charge me by the hour if you over stay which I found a bit rude.
