I booked a total of 6 rooms in this hotel for my business trip agenda in Osaka. The hotel location is perfect, nearby to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi area, where there are a lot of food and shopping stores. I really love the room which is spacious, and also they have a very good breakfast menu selection.

Favorite hotel in Osaka! Perfect for the Dotonbori area. Our family is very happy because we chose this hotel, the location is very strategic, the rooms are spacious and comfortable 💯💯 outside the hotel there is a family mart, takoyaki and other delicious foods. This is in the Dotonbori area from here to Shinsaibashi super close 😍 to Glico man is also very close to take pictures. Because this hotel is so strategic, we can go back and forth to the hotel if we are tired, we can rest and then we can go out again 😄 and of course save on transportation budget hihi. Next time to Osaka will stay here again super recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

Amazing stay, I actually booked an extension of 1 day and the hotel staff were very accommodating. There are also a lot of paid parking surrounding the hotel. It is a highly recommended hotel for every type of traveller.

This hotel is perfect for families. They have rooms that can accommodate up to 5 people, and each of us gets our own single bed. The location is excellent; just a short walk away, you can shop and eat. It's close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street, and near Shinsaibashi and Namba stations. The service is excellent, with facilities including 5 washing machines with dryers, and you can check the status of the washing machines through the TV in your room. The hotel is still new, making it highly recommended for staying here.

1. This hotel is very strategic, it's only a 5-minute walk to Shinshaibaishi and Dotonburi and basically all the attractions right in the heart of Osaka. 2. It is near halal restaurants. 3. The hotel breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food choices—from multigrain rice, scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, croissants, soup, and 2 choices of fresh juices. It’s really worth what you’re paying for. 4. They provide free-flow coffee and tea up until 12 midnight, and their coffee and tea selection are actually really good! I love ittt. 5. After checking out, you can leave your luggage at the lobby until 12 midnight and they will lock it for you for safety. 6. The staff are very respectful and polite. 7. They change your linen every day. 8. There’s a laundry service wash & dry for only 600 Yen. 9. There’s Lawson just right next to it. 10. The bathroom has good water pressure and a water heater. 11. The location is great, the staff is very helpful and accommodating. I was able to keep my luggage for 3 days when I moved to Kyoto and come back to the hotel for the next 3 days before my flight.

This hotel is amazing and very helpful, we checked in at late night (7pm) due to some condition, and they proceed it fast. The room is nice, clean, got amenities. The staffs are very welcoming. Even though the location is quite away from the crowded areas (dotonbori and ebisubashi) but you can reach those areas for only 5-7 minutes walk. Overall it's a great experience staying here.

Another review. Have stayed here several times with family. Because I really love this hotel. The price per night is not too expensive, the facilities are great, the location is very strategic, the receptionist is super duper friendly. Best hotel!
