Location, Location, Location! Had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms are decent in size, great view, clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent! Friendly, helpful staff that were able to communicate in English. Highly recommend this hotel.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Swissotel in Osaka and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is unbeatable, being right above the train station made getting around incredibly easy. It’s also just steps away from the incredible restaurants and bars/clubs in the Dotonbori area. The hotel itself is stunning, with excellent amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our visit. Their laundry service was also very quick and Very gaily priced. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

I wasn’t overly impressed. The rooms were in need of improvement. The entrance to this hotel is really confusing because it’s embedded into a shopping mall and metro station. There’s much nicer hotels in Osaka in this price range.

The hotel can be REALLY hard to find - we stayed for four nights and got confused every time. I agree with all the positives in other reviews and want to add that I used the gym and indoor pool and both were fantastic.
