We would stay here again! The views from our room and the dining areas on the 36th floor were spectacular. The hotel is packed with amenities lots of options: the spa was incredible; the number of restaurants in the hotel was staggering and ALL of them were delicious; the pool area was wonderful (especially if you like lane swimming - there wasn't a dedicated area just to play around at hte pool, but we made it work). Walking to the metro, rail lines, shopping, and other food areas were a breeze! The staff went above and beyond!

Very comfortable, lovely hotel. Literally connected to the train station so it was super convenient. The area outside the front door is vibrant and fun with many dining and shopping options. Highly recommend!

They upgraded our room out of no where, offered us incredible service and everyone was extremly friendly. The hotels location mixed with the free room upgrade made our one night stay an incredible experience.

The location is great but the hotel is rather old. The room is spacious but it does not feel like a 5 star hotel.

5 star service, 5 star location, 5 star hotel. Breakfast on the 36th floor was good with amazing view. Public japanese sauna complete the exerience.

Location was superb, the room was spacious, breakfast was good and facilities are great. Friendly staff too. Definitely will stay here again when in Osaka.

Best hotel to stay in Osaka. Especially if you arrived from outside Japan flights. Because the airport express line stop at the station that located in the bottom of the hotel.

Wonderful. Location was fantastic. Food everywhere and great malls. Comfy beds. Even catered for a free baby cot. Direct rapid beta train to KIX airport (38 mins) will not hesitate to book same hotel if I do come back to Osaka.

Hotel ini sangat bagus and cocok untuk berlibur dengan family, kamarnya luas dan bersih. Lokasinya strategis dekat kemana-mana and ke bandaranya juga tidak terlalu jauh. pelayanannya memuaskan

Perfect location. Connecting to sky o, namba station, takashimaya, etc. Shopping, dining, lunch, all in one place. Room is spacious and clean. Bed, linen, so comfy. Breakfast: so good. Will always stay here whenever come to osaka.

อยู่บนสถานีNamba เลยค่ะ สะดวกมาก ลงลิฟท์มาเจอรถไฟที่จะต้องนั่งไปสนามบินเลย ห้องไม่แคบค่ะ อยู่ใกล้ศูนย์กลางร้านค้าต่างๆ ตัวโรงแรมติดห้าง มีทางเชื่อม แล้วฝั่งตรงข้ามก็มีห้าง+ถนนคนเดินด้วยค่ะ
