The room was great and had everything that I needed, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was delightful. I'd come back.

The accommodation is clean, the men's shower room is a shared shower room, there is an onsen and sauna room. Accommodation is near to Ueno Station and shopping area. In addition, there are 7-11 in the front. I like it very much.

Located at walkable distance from the Ueno Station, clean hotel, has an elevator so you can move your luggage easily. There is a microwave on my floor so I can warm up the konbini food easily. Hotel is very new, clean, and well maintained. Top floor onsen was cozy and very new, with an indoor and outdoor option. Excellent food options just behind/round the corners. Highly recommend.
