bad:
1. instructions not clear & came late. i have to whatsapp the host and yet no replies at all. after calling a few times, they only reply to my message, sending the check-in instructions.
2. wrong instructions. in the message, they asked me to go to mailbox suite tower block b. but apparently, the correct mailbox is located in block a 🤯
3. during check-in, i noticed i was given a different unit as what they advertised. called the host and asked why they gave me the different unit. the answer was— “oh, the one we advertised was only an illustration image.” what does that mean? this is truly misleading advertising. so wrong.
4. the sofa provided in the unit is very old and uncomfortable. i can feel the metal spring when i sat on it.
5. tv is not working well, there’s no sound. the remote control also not functioning well. i took a video and sent it to the host. they said the tv was working properly before i checked in. the audacity. 🤯
6. the toilet is smelly. 😖
7. water running from the shower is very slow.
8. no free parking. please make this info available on your advertisement as this is very good to know for your future prospects.
9. overall, this is a very unpleasant stay i ever had. i asked for another unit, but it was fully booked. i asked for a refund, but they refused to do so. very irresponsible and disappointing.
good:
1. master bedroom ok. other than that was just terrible.
2. near to attractions, but please note there are also other comfortable units you can choose, but not this one. totally a misleading advertisement.
