Hotels in Labuan

Overall OK, need to upgrade certain things.

The staff were great and helpful. I left my laptop charger but the staff helped me get it back in short amount of time. The location is OK but there is a lot of music around the area at night. The room was a bit small but clean and well maintained by the kind staff.

Best hotel in Labuan. Beautiful view and surroundings. Peaceful and the staffs are friendly.

Spacious and comfy but need few improvement. We stay for 2 nights during Eid Adha. The bedroom cleanliness was superb even the floor was shining but the bed/sofa material (fabric) a bit old and smells musty/dusty. All lamps are function but the side lamp beside the sofa. The room also complete with big size bath-tub but there are standing water on the bathroom floor. We dont really enjoy the breakfast but the inhouse menu like fire woods pizza, pasta and other menu in Bungamas Cafe are tremendously delicious with reasonable price.

Front office staff not well train, Restaurant staff not prepare the table as per usual. No greeting upon arrival, Food serve not up to the expectation. Simple menu.

The location is convenient, within walking distance to Financial Park. There are several nearby dining options, and prices vary depending on the season. Overall, I am satisfied with the experience.

Good location. Near to the terminal ferry, easy to find some food, surau. Sky mart (choc), the family room is good, but no icebox as picture seen before, iron as request, no iron board. Air conditioner and hot water functiong well. Easy to find transport inc Maxim. More cheap. Hotel bajet recomanded.

Water dirty, bedspread dirty, roof top noisy sound like rat or cat running about.

Big room, moderate price. Good for big family and people.
