Fragrance's staff Alan & Ellyana were very helpful with the luggage and everything. Best value hotel in Singapore, not too far away to the city center and convenient. Would 100% recommend to our friends and colleagues from Indonesia.

Had the best time staying here! The location is just perfect, connecting to Novena Square 2 and Vivo City, also the MRT! The room is clean and spacious enough for a family of three. Got a bathtub in my bedroom, and they did give us a connecting room as I requested before. The staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, I'll give this hotel 9.5/10! The place is really clean, going here again, deket strategic food places, the price make sense, really nice and recommended.

The hotel staff (Jeremy) was very friendly and helpful during the check-in process. The other reception staff were also friendly, greeting me warmly as I entered and exited the hotel... I will definitely stay here again if I ever return to Singapore. Thank you 🙏😊

friendly and cute staff, room right in the center, convenient for traveling... only room 306, the sewer smells a little bit. but overall everything is still very good, very good. If I have the opportunity to fly to Singapore again, I will stop by and stay here.
