The receptionist was not very friendly, but the doorman and the cleaning staff were very friendly. From the hotel to the Novena MRT you can walk, but it is quite far, so you need to take the bus first if you don't want to get tired. There is a cheap non-halal restaurant right in front of the hotel. The room is small but comfortable enough to rest, plus the surrounding atmosphere from inside the room feels quiet, suitable for sleeping.
