That day I was expected could check in early. But the receptions told me to check in 4 of clock. Its wasted my time.

Don't have fridge in room, don't have dustbin inside bathroom. It 's not good. I think that I will not come later.

Very disappointing, the room was leaking and dirty very dusty, no apology from management. Finally we asked to change rooms and it was approved.

The room and toilet were small, ants in the room, no proper table for meals/working and no international TV program as well as no remote for air-con. Also, the facilities were closed and the housekeeper was early to do housekeeping.

Small cockroach crawling into the cracks in the parapet near the window. There were a few. Didn't feel like staying overnight after seeing that. Rooms weren't like picture.

Hotel provides shuttle service to Novena MRT. Pick up will start from Value Hotel Thomson - Value Hotel Nice - Value Hotel Balestier - Novena MRT station then loop. There are 4 timings, 9am, 10am, 11am and 12noon. As part of our continuous effort to improve guest stay, Value Hotel Thomson will be installing new curtains from 15th July to 20th August 2019. During this period, guests may experience noise disturbances between 09:00 - 18:00 hours daily. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we thank you for your kind support and understanding.
