Ms.Hui the receptionist is so kind and helpful. The room attendant look like not feeling grateful with the tips, bcz she just fold the duvet when she is making bed. but she clean well. I don't recommend to buy the food or breakfast, bcz it's tasteless and some are bad.better to buy outside of the hotel. There are many choices for breakfast.

I got a room upgrade, because they saw that I am staying for 4 nights, and probably would enjoy the bigger room 😍 they were right!

the staff were very friendly and helpful, yet the room turned out to be very small from the picture we’ve seen when booking 😁 totally not a problem! its very close to the raffles mrt station

The room is too cheap compared to the quality, not too luxurious but spacious and clean. The staff is enthusiastic, helping me book a car and make international calls. The small minus point is that the room is a bit cold.

Room is spacious and clean, Bathroom also nice. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was the floor and noises, i heard someone screaming around 10 to 11 PM. Overall its good if you want a big room, swimming pool and want to go to the city center such as Orchard Rd, Bencoolen Mrt, Dhoby Ghaut and Sommerset.

Everything was good, got early check-in, the only downside is the uphill road to the hotel 🥲

The Breakfast staff seems overworked and I did not have a good experience with them. I would not want to return to this hotel again.

Great location near Orchard. Very affordable compared to the neighboring hotels. Will definitely come back
