Locations are perfect, just beside Lavender MRT and Lavender Bus Station. I personally recommend using the bus to stroll around the city. Located on the East West Line, which is the same as Changi Airport, Bugis, and many popular MRT stations. Room size is okay. Staff is friendly and allowed us to check in early. Surrounded by many halal options; I recommend Chef Ibu, it's cheap and delicious.

What a wonderful place, near MRT and city center. You can visit many places easily. Hotel staff are so friendly. I was served by Ms. Cecilia. She has a kind heart and is a friendly staff. This is my first visit to Singapore since the COVID-19 pandemic, and I was surprised to find a comfortable, spacious, and cozy hotel room, with easy access to the MRT (Lavender) and dining options right next door (halal food)... I think I’ll stay here again if I visit Singapore in the future!

The staff was friendly, and we were upgraded to two rooms with no view, but instead had a view. If you're planning to take the bus to KL, this is the perfect place to stay, as it's very close to the bus pick-up point.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location and facilities were also good, making the stay enjoyable. The only issues I encountered were related to odors. When using the hot water in the shower, there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Additionally, the hotel lobby had a strange smell that could be improved. Other than these issues, everything else was good.

It's really nice, close to the MRT and has lots of food. It's a real favorite. However, some rooms have bidets, while others don't. You might have to request one. We got one at random.

The hotel staff is friendly, fluent in English, check-in is fast, check-out is easy, there are many elevators and it's smooth, the rooms are not very spacious but comfortable enough, there are lots of food around the hotel, and it's very close to the MRT. The downside is the restaurant food, the plastic cutlery and drinking utensils are a bit lacking, which makes it uncomfortable. The food is non-halal. The taste and variety are lacking. Thanks

A very nice, comfortable hotel with a bidet for wiping. No need to buy breakfast, there are many choices of food around the hotel area: McDonald's, Burger King, Chinese food, BreadTalk, Subway. Very complete, no worries about going hungry. You can check in early if there are rooms available, and you can leave your luggage after check-out. I will stay here again 😘😍
