The staff here are really nice and helpful despite the language barrier since most of them are not good at English. But they absolutely try to help you out with every issue you might encounter. The room is not spacious but has pretty much everything you need. A big and sunny balcony too. The food is good with bread and soup, coffee, juice, fruits, etc. Overall, everything is nice for me living alone in 2 nights. Highly recommend!

No lift，it 's heavy to carry the luggages to the room. But the hotel location is very nice, the service is nice and friendly.

I wish I could have flushed the toilet.

1. The first day of staying, the bidet sprayed, which was very confusing because it was the color of iced tea, like the room hadn't been used for a long time. 2. The balcony was very dirty, full of dust. 3. The blanket was very annoying, it was a thin cloth, not warm at all. 4. There was no hair dryer. 5. The guard was not friendly at all. He forgot to bring the key and looked gloomy. Very confusing. Could you smile a little? If you could improve and pay more attention, it would be very good.

Very close to the BTS, very convenient to travel. The hotel is new and has 24-hour lobby staff. 👍🏻👍🏻
