friendly staff..quick to ask for help like getting the scales, the location is really good especially for those who like shopping...in front of the road there are many food stalls and there is also a supermarket....the best thing is...every year I always go to BKK for culinary...the last 2 years the hotel I chose is the First Hotel...so did the friends I invited to stay there, they also recommended the hotel too thank you

This hotel is great for the price. It is affordable, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, a very satisfying stay and definitely worth it.

The room looked like the picture, clean and comfort. And the location very strategic for you shopaholic. Pratunam Market every time! And you can walking to Platinum Mall, Talad Neon, Big C supermarket etc. Happy holiday!

Strategic location, friendly and very helpful staff, cool view and delicious breakfast

They have so many free services included in the reservation: welcome drink, supper, Thai traditional costume photoshoot, breakfast, free massage (certain hours), 24 hours buggy services. The staffs are really helpful. The boat noodle station during breakfast is the favorite. Note: need to make reservation 1 or 2 days before for the Thai traditional photoshoot.

Best place to stay in Pratunam. Affordable price. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Only 3 minutes walk to ARL which can connect to BTS/MRT to explore all parts of Bangkok. Near to Pratunam market. Walking distance to Big C, Platinum, Central World, December, etc. Helpful and friendly staffs and receptionist. They also provide coffee, tea, and bread for breakfast. Free refill water as well. We stayed here for 7 days, and no complain at all. We’ll be back here if we return to Bangkok.

Everything was great, 10/10. The room is clean, big, and well maintained. The design of this hotel is so cute and Instagrammable, there are a lot of photo spots. Thank you Marwin Space. We love it!
