We stayed for 5 nights. The room was clean. The sheets were changed and cleaned daily. The Wi-Fi was smooth. The staff was friendly. It was easy to get everywhere. Pratunam Market was close by. You could walk around, shop, and find halal food within walking distance.

It’s a pleasant stay here! The room is very spacious and located in a very strategic area. I requested a less noisy room, and they gave me the perfect one. Thank you for the service, would like to stay here again if I visit Bangkok 🙏🏼

This hotel is located very close to pratunam market. Vehicles can be difficult to get you exactly in front of hotel because small road. But you can walk not far from available drop off spot nearby. The receptionist was friendly and i got checked in quickly. The lobby area are kinda small, full with stuffs, but i don't mind just go straight to lift. I spent 4 nights at room 8402. The room is clean and they tidy the room everyday. The room also has TV, small refrigerator, hair dryer, towel, and mineral water. They give new mineral water also everyday. The bathroom also clean, smells good with refreshner. There are cold/hot shower, bidet, soap and shampoo. No ants or cockroaches like some review said. Excellent!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tori Crown Hotel! I contacted the team to help arrange a surprise birthday decoration and a cake for my girlfriend’s 25th birthday, and they exceeded all expectations. The room was beautifully decorated with balloons and swan towels, and the cake was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and made our celebration truly special. Highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service and heart-warming hospitality. Thank you for making our trip to Bangkok so memorable!

It was my first ever stay at Novotel Pratunam. I like the hotel ambience, the view, the food and of course it's so close to the shopping center like Platinum Mall, CentralWorld, Siam, and many more.

The family room is truly spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything—a 7-Eleven is just a short walk away, an MCD is also nearby, and the main road is also within walking distance. Free Aqua water refills are available in the hotel lobby, there's a luggage scale, and you can even leave your luggage in the lobby. Best of all, all the staff are incredibly friendly.

They have so many free services included in the reservation: welcome drink, supper, Thai traditional costume photoshoot, breakfast, free massage (certain hours), 24 hours buggy services. The staffs are really helpful. The boat noodle station during breakfast is the favorite. Note: need to make reservation 1 or 2 days before for the Thai traditional photoshoot.

The stay was great. The hotel is very well located in Pratunam, which is in the heart of the city. Opposite the hotel is the Platinum Fashion Mall, which is a great shopping area. We did not try the hotel food hence no comment on that.
