Me and my son had a wonderful time, very friendly staff, awesome views from elevated location and only a short walk to the beach, great swimming. I will definitely be back thanks to hotel staff for a memorable stay.

Nice quite place. Especially during week days.

Nice Boutique with lots of room and they even included covered parking. Everything was in good working order. The hot water was hot with plenty of water pressure. The room was spacious with a King sized bed. The AC was very cold. There are plenty of options for food either at the hotel or a just a short walk away.

Loved every minute of our stay. Had a room by the lower pool, close to the beach and restaurant/reception. Room cleaned every day, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was ok, nothing special and a bit repetitive with not a massive choice. That has to be expected with any hotel of this size. More choice means more thrown out. Short 5-8 minute walk along Pattaya beach to walking street with a few beach bars on the way (or on the way back 😃). Our first visit to Koh Lipe and we’ll definitely return, hopefully to Sita Beach Resort.
