Good service! The price was worth it and it was more than what we expected. The receptionist and the staff were also helpful. We also appreciate that they let us leave our bags after our check out while we finish our tour. They were very accomodating. Breakfast was also good. Will definitely recommend this hotel for travels who want to travel around HCMC. Optimal location around major landmarks and is near to many food stores.

Toilet broke, room key bad, TV didn't work.

Overall OK, room and bed not smelly. Only the old furnish. I like this area near Bui Vien.

Light and fan inside the capsule do not work. Lockers seem fragile and there are remaining stuffs from previous users that haven't been cleaned out. However, the receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Staffs are friendly accomodating.

Lovely place to stay if you want to explore Saigon, good location, good service! Very nice Hotel!

- No wifi connection although announcing to Cozrum. At 20h, there was a technician to fix, I asked him and he informed the cable was cut and had to waiting the following day. - No one checked the noise from the construction of the neighbor. I think they should check the room fisrt as well as whatever happening and relocate guests if maybe before guests come to the room and guest call to Cozrum for this issue.

The hotel is value for money, not to mention free laundry.
