Clean rooms, comfortable rooms, 24-hour reception, close to many visiting locations, very sociable, lovely receptionists

The hotel is close to many places and commercial centers, many dining areas, spacious bedrooms, fully equipped for an apartment, I booked a standard room but arrived late and the hotel upgraded to my room. the apartment is more spacious and comfortable, the room has windows and the view is very chill, the bathroom and stuff are all new, feel comfortable staying here, next time I will come back

I've been here several times in the past year, but this time I was surprised to come back because the rooms have been completely redesigned and are completely beautiful and cleaner. The service is good and the staff is very friendly to guests. Will come back again 👍

The room was clean, a bit less light, but the day I stayed, there was no staff to clean the room, the rest everything was ok. I stay in many other hotels that charge extra fees, but here there is no extra charge. Each room is a bit lacking in light. Will stay here often because often go to Hanoi
