I booked a 3-bedroom apartment, when I arrived, the staff said that I booked a 3-bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 2 children, so they would not allow more people in. If they did, they would charge extra, but in fact, when I booked, they advertised that 1 room could accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children, and I booked a 3-bedroom apartment.
Not only that, when I agreed to the extra charge, they admitted that there were no more 3-bedroom apartments, and gave me a 2-bedroom apartment and a studio apartment. However, these 2 apartments were in different lobbies, and my family went together but ended up staying separately.
I booked 2 months in advance and it was stated that it was a 4-star hotel with a swimming pool, but when I arrived, the building was actually prohibited from operating accommodation services.
