The facilities worked well for what we needed. The internet was fast enough to do video conferencing and communication with the host was both quick and easy.

Very easy to locate, great locality, fantastic view. Friendly and easy to communicate with host. Spacious, clean and well fitted apartment with all amenities you would need!

It is Very comfortable to stay here than hotel and feel safe to stay. It is close to Market and many food stalls, café are around just few steps to walk (very central of Ho Chi Minh). No noise and there is washing machine very handy for every traveller. I have stayed here for 3 times and every time I am in Saigon.

I booked a 3-bedroom apartment, when I arrived, the staff said that I booked a 3-bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 2 children, so they would not allow more people in. If they did, they would charge extra, but in fact, when I booked, they advertised that 1 room could accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children, and I booked a 3-bedroom apartment. Not only that, when I agreed to the extra charge, they admitted that there were no more 3-bedroom apartments, and gave me a 2-bedroom apartment and a studio apartment. However, these 2 apartments were in different lobbies, and my family went together but ended up staying separately. I booked 2 months in advance and it was stated that it was a 4-star hotel with a swimming pool, but when I arrived, the building was actually prohibited from operating accommodation services.

Place is clean, easy to travelling town, easy to have food around, overall nice place to saty.

No hair dryer and slippers are quite inconvenient

Everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The host was really helpful.

Good room to stay, comfortable, also very safe around the property due to security.

It's okay, minus 1 point because there are no slippers in the room and the blanket is quite uncomfortable. How short is it that it can't be covered up to the neck, thin anymore. It was quite uncomfortable, so I pulled the blanket up, but I was destined to hook it up to the hard mattress.
