The vacation was great. The breakfast was delicious, not as bad as the rumors said. The beach was extremely beautiful. From the hotel room, it was only a few minutes walk to the beach. Especially Huong Bien restaurant had fresh seafood, very reasonable prices. The staff was very enthusiastic. We will come back.

Hotel near the sea, food court, seafood, new, clean rooms, lovely staff

Central location, very convenient to travel, opposite the beach, very close to the food street. The room is clean, but the bathroom is a bit small and the soundproof is not very good

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, has a swimming pool, gym, especially the view is great. Everyone from the receptionist to the room service is enthusiastic and attentive. The way of taking care of customers makes customers feel appreciated. The breakfast buffet is delicious and diverse. This place is always the priority choice every time I go to Quang Ninh for work or vacation with family and friends.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely memorable, and I want to give a special thanks to Nga and Dat at the front desk. From the very first moment I arrived, they welcomed me with such warm smiles and genuine hospitality that immediately made me feel at home. They were not only professional and efficient in helping with every request, but also incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to meet staff who leave such a lasting impression, but Nga and Dat truly did. Their positive energy and thoughtful service turned an ordinary stay into a wonderful experience that I will always remember. I am deeply grateful for their support and kindness, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I look forward to returning soon, knowing I’ll be greeted by such amazing people.

The hotel is in the city center, near the beach and near the food street, the room is clean, the staff cleans it every day, I am very satisfied!
