For your staff, if you feel tired or something, don't bring your bad feelings to work. Be a professional worker.

Worst hotel ever, non-professional staff from check-in time till check-out especially parking staff, hard to access parking lot, they prefer give parking space to outsider than resident. Unfinished exterior building, expensive food, totally not worth to stay.

The room was spacious, nice boutique hotel, near to city, enjoyed stay at this hotel. View from the rooms was amazing.

very strategic location at the city center, near to the city land mark, famous KongDjie cafe and souvenir shops. The staffs are friendly and accomodating. Room is good for a 200k hotel. Pillow sheets can be smelly so checked them first and asked for change if needed. Water heater took quite a while to work, so did the drains so it can be overflow sometimes. Better bring your own towel since the towel is worn out pretty bad. Meal is good but they only have few seats at the restaurant so better come early. over all i had a good stay!
