Eastin Grand Hotel Saigon has good service quality, clean interior rooms, airy space, enthusiastic staff, and delicious food.

Very nice hotel and at affordable price, food is good specially the pho.

Because this facility is closer to the airport, the price is cheaper than other districts in Muong Thanh. This is my first time coming to Saigon, so I booked here for peace of mind and booked another place because I was afraid the quality wouldn't be as advertised. It takes a bit to get to District 1. The staff is gentle and enthusiastic, 10 points

Good service, enthusiastic receptionist, however the water in the bathroom is too hot for the whole day to be warm, needs improvement.

Room condition as expected, clean.

I stayed 2 times, every time was ok, the reception was enthusiastic and polite, next time I have a break I will choose to stay here.

Clean room, nice furniture, reasonable layout. Quiet space. Friendly and polite luggage staff. Get good prices quickly. Hotel for early check-in. Will return to this place if given the opportunity.

Room quality suitable for 3 stars. I appreciate the friendly enthusiasm of the staff. I had to forget my wife's meal at checkout, the next day I remembered it was missing stuff. I called back to the hotel and the staff enthusiastically found it for me.
