The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location was central, convenient for getting around, and close to many attractions.

I saw good reviews so I came to try staying and I was very satisfied with the hotel here so I came back again. The room was beautiful, just like the picture. The hotel is in a convenient location, quick to go anywhere. The receptionists were very cute, and the security guard was also very enthusiastic. 10 points for this hotel and it will be the hotel I choose when I come here.

The hotel's main lobby was beautifully designed and decorated. Guest rooms had excellent room service, with very comfy beds and large, spacious bathrooms. There is also a shopping mall with an entrance connected directly to the hotel lobby for convenient entertainment.

A fantastic experience, from the facilities to the incredibly friendly staff, the room with its stunning city view, and the cozy yet modern decor! I will definitely stay with Fusion again in the future!

The price is okay compared to the quality of the room, okay, I stayed for a limited time, rested before going to the airport to check in, so even though it was a bit far from the airport, I still chose this place because it was a bustling place near shops and restaurants. Those who like quiet should consider because the room is not soundproof. There was 1 power outlet at the bedside that did not work, the dryer automatically turned off even though I had only dried it for 2 minutes. Dirty towels 😕 Met 2 staff members, both of whom were very enthusiastic and friendly 🫶

It was a pleasant stay at Icon. The receptionist was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety was good and the coffee was freshly prepared per pax. The room and bathroom was clean. There was a plate of fresh fruits provided in our room upon our check-in. The guy cleaning the room did a great job!

Stay was great and comfortable. Room was clean and well maintained. Service from staff was awesome, e.g. bringing up the grab food delivery, opening the doors etc. Will stay again if I’m going HCM again.

Our stay at the Caravelle was magnificent. It was great as a launching pad for exploring and a calm oasis to come back to at the end of the day.

This is a lovely apartment in a well-equipped building, just a short walk from many of Ho Chi Minh City's main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Excellent value for money

It was a great experience! Lovely hotel. It's like you turn back to olden times. I like the structure and the interior elements. It's the old Saigon. The staff are very helpful and they are very accommodating. The hotel is just in front of the Saigon Plaza. I love the whole set up. I got chocolate from the staff also at night. Lovely hotel! My business trip was amazing with that hotel! I can work and at the same time enjoy the view.

As a person who often travels for work and leisure, I highly appreciate Sogo Hotel for the following reasons (you can refer to it): The hotel receptionist is very enthusiastic, takes care of guests attentively and always supports to resolve guests' requests WITH JOY!!! (I arrived 6 hours early and checked out 1 hour late, the female receptionist - I think the hotel only has 2 receptionists - was very enthusiastic in supporting. Not to mention I booked an extra night because I had to stay overnight. She also helped me change rooms very thoughtfully. Because the room I was staying in was already booked by the next guest. However, she helped me move the room from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor so that I could move my luggage more easily. I was very satisfied with the receptionist's thoughtfulness even though she did not proactively tell the guest that she moved the room from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor because of that. The receptionist on the evening shift was also very okay, helpfull and very respectful of the guest) In terms of personality, I rate 10 points! The hotel room is also very clean (I noticed the housekeeping lady cleaning the other rooms, she cleaned very neatly. Not to mention she is also very enthusiastic and friendly!), the room space is airy and the air conditioner is very cool, even though the hotel has been in operation for quite a long time, I am satisfied with the way the hotel is maintained and taken care of to bring a good experience to guests. Besides, although this hotel is located in the central area of District 1, the space is very quiet and not noisy, the soundproofing between rooms is also very good. Regarding transportation, major tourist attractions, large shopping centers and hospitals are all within a radius of 1-2km and very easy to get to; you can walk to save money, or if the sun is hot, take a taxi, it will only cost 20-30k. The hotel is also very close to the offices of major bus companies in SG, very convenient to transfer from the bus station to the hotel and vice versa; very convenient!!! Finally, if you are looking for a place that is cost-effective and has adequate amenities, clean rooms, and easy access to locations in District 1 and even other districts of Ho Chi Minh City, I highly recommend this hotel ✨✨✨✨✨
