Beautiful city view and great environment to be in. Staff is very accommodative and helpful. Highly recommended for solo & couples to blend in Ho Chi Minh City and still stay in a very protective environment.

The hotel left a bad impression and don't want to come back! + The staff is not very enthusiastic. + About the room: no one to clean, also no kettle, hangers, hot and cold water for bathing. We rented a room for 4 people x 8 days, and only cleaned it for 1 day. When in doubt, tell us. In general, customer care is very sketchy. Well, we've got a nice guy at the front desk for us to send to the fridge.

The hotel is very clean and very quiet with a balcony to sit and enjoy. If I have a chance to go to the city, I would definitely enjoy a laverce boat

The security guard was super enthusiastic. My family suddenly had to stay an extra night and he helped us change rooms. We booked the wrong day and they also helped us change. Before leaving, he even gave my daughter some grapefruit segments. I wish you good health.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. Although I arrived quite late at check-in, Florence warmly welcomed me and even prepared welcome drinks for me and my friends who had accompanied me. The drinks were refreshing and much appreciated after a long day of travel. Florence was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She took the time to explain the map and recommended several locations and attractions to visit, which made our trip much more enjoyable. What impressed us the most was her kindness during check-out. It was raining heavily, and my wife is pregnant. Florence thoughtfully assisted my wife with an umbrella all the way to our Grab, ensuring she stayed dry and comfortable. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the service and the hotel environment. Florence's professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made our stay memorable. Kudos to the hotel for having such an outstanding staff member. We truly appreciate her excellent hospitality and would gladly stay here again.
