This truly is a calming hotel, clean, beautiful, and luxurious. All the staff are friendly and very kid-friendly. It's top-notch!

10/10 very satisfying, initial intention was to only stay 1 day then move to another hotel. But in reality, we added 1 more day, and we chose to stay at this hotel. And mashaAllah, the employees and staff are all very smiling. Starting from the security guard at the entrance (gate) who was very friendly🥹 this is really the first time I've been amazed by a hotel where all the employees are really nice, no matter what the customers are. All customers who come here are always smiled at and greeted in a friendly way 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

The location is close to the toll gate, so you don't need to worry about getting stuck in traffic when exiting the toll road, and you don't need to worry about getting stuck in traffic when returning home. MasyaAllah the resort is so beautiful.. Comfortable, beautiful, cool, green and clean.. The first time I entered the lobby, the room was fragrant! Lots of plants & flowers, every corner of the hotel is aesthetic, at night the hotel is not stingy with electricity so it is beautiful with full lights.. the staff is very friendly and helpful! I was helped by the receptionist, Mr. Eka, then the hotel staff who were very kind and willing to help me & my husband to check the room & bring my things (I forgot his name but he was there on the afternoon of September 1st) thank you very much.. Next time I want to stay here again xixi the only minus is only car access because you have to park above while the shuttle is not on standby below & there are lots of stairs, overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
