Overall good option for traveling.

the staff were not friendly and not anticipate needs of the guest.

We came back to this hotel for the 3rd time and will come back again in the future. We love the environment of the hotel and the perfect hotel staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel tune played in the hallways and elevator is very recognizable and we got so used to it that it is connected to our feeling of holiday.

Incredibly disappointed on how difficult it was to contact the hotel. Traveloka and Google contacts for this hotel were not answered for days. Had to call Grand Tjokro Jakarta to connect me to Grand Tjokro Yogyakarta. Incredibly unprofessional especially for a four stars hotel.

Spacious place and space of room. Comfort to stay all day too, and easy to access town centers. Clean room, greets staff, acknowledge the reminding of cleaning schedule. Great service overall. It's my 2nd stay in La Casa from my 3 times visit JOG

Staff not friendly at all It was very worst place that I ever booked I had very worst my experience ever I was booked and I came, after they delivered me use motorcycles to other more worst place I lose my bill to them with cost was not worth either at that moment It was terrible host
