I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy, fragrant, and the amenities were very complete. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful. The location is strategic, close to malls and tourist attractions.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. They even provided breakfast at 5 AM with plenty of food. As the objective of my trip was for business purposes, this arrangement suited me well. I will for sure stay here again if I am assigned to go to Palembang.
