The staff at Excelton were incredibly friendly and helpful. This hotel was my family and I's choice when visiting Palembang. The breakfast was excellent, and we were very satisfied. Dine-in service was also excellent.

The room was clean and fragrant. The towels, bedcover, sheets, and pillows all smelled good. The price was affordable but the quality was excellent. Highly recommended. The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was delicious, although not very varied. If I go to Palembang again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
