The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma. Stay healthy, Mrs. Irma, see you again.

The room is spacious, the bathroom is also spacious, the room smells very good and is clean, the hotel decoration and atmosphere are bright, I will definitely come back to stay here again if I am in Bandung.
