Villa in Pasirkaliki

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma. Stay healthy, Mrs. Irma, see you again.

This hotel is very comfortable, close to everything in Pasirkaliki, the town square, etc. Good food, clean rooms, and great service. Thank you to El Cavana Hotel.

Have stayed here several times, so it is the main destination hotel when going to Bandung. The location is near the station, near famous culinary places, near the city center. The hotel staff is friendly, cleanliness is good. The hotel is also equipped with vending machine facilities for snacks and hot or cold drinks so it is suitable for those who like to snack without having to buy outside the hotel. Found a hotel close to everywhere, in front of the train station, clean rooms, clean toilets, all the employees from security, other waiters are very friendly, there is a cake and alcohol store for those who love it, complete pool facilities and most importantly a sauna for me, the best security, spacious parking, next time I go to Bandung I will stay here again... I had such a great stay at Tama Boutique Hotel. Honestly for the price, it’s really, really good and exceeded my expectations. The room is super spacious, very clean, and everything works properly. Lighting is warm and comfortable, which I personally love—it makes the whole space feel cozy instead of harsh like some hotels. The bed is big, the bathroom is spotless, amenities are great, and overall it just feels very comfortable to stay in. One thing I really appreciated (and honestly not many hotels do this)—they provide a bolster. That was such a nice surprise and genuinely a cherry on top for me. The staff were also wonderful. The lady at the front office was really kind, helpful, and welcoming. You feel taken care of without it being complicated. Food is also a highlight. Since it’s part of the same group as Borga Korean restaurant, the quality is really good. Breakfast was beautiful and everything tasted great. Cleanliness, comfort, space, hospitality—everything is solid. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back when I’m in Bandung again.
